Incomplete Data

The MLB Draft History page at MLB.com seems to be omitting data for Arizona and Tampa Bay from the pre-1998 results. E.G., when selecting "1997" and "Rule V Draft", Pick #11 is missing from the list (which, presumably, is for either AZ or TB), and it's not clear if there are any picks beyond #12 in the Major League round (the last one shown). Like wise, for the AAA phase, at least picks #18, #19, & #34 are omitted. I'll need to find another source for those.
